We really enjoyed Tortuga's Saltwater Grill! The atmosphere is tasteful, peaceful and enjoyable! Most menu items are between $11 and $22, but Oh My Goodness! It is worth it! The ingredients were fresh and delightful! We had the blackened Red fish and Fried Fish (Grouper). The Red fish was the best that I have had in a very long time. The hush puppies were great too! It was all good! Service was friendly and prompt (we were there at 2 PM on Saturday). It is a new favorite in Port A!

We arrived around 3 pm, hardly anyone there which was nice because we had our pick of a table. Had fresh oysters to start, along with the charbroiled oysters with cheese. All of which were absolutely delicious. They shuck em every morning. This is my first birthday with my mother in 4 years so I had high expectations..All of which were met. Our server was such a delight and made us feel comfortable and well served. The food was fresh, delivered timely, and with such great taste. The dessert was a shock to the senses. Highly recommend. Overall, had a beautiful experience in this new restaurant with great food and conversation. I can't wait to come back and see how it looks at night.

I was really hoping for good seafood while in Port A bit sadly this was a disappointment. I would not say this restaurant meets the expectation for the cost. We ordered cocktails and appetizers, which were good. We finished our cocktails before the entrees arrived and when those were delivered never asked if we want something else to drink. The entrees were okay but nothing special for the cost. The waitress was not checking back because it seemed they were too busy closing. There were at least three other tables filled in the restaurant at the time. My children had asked for a drink that never came and finally went to the bar and asked for a soda. The meal with one appetizer and two cocktails for a family of four came to $150. Not worth it! I would also suggest they have some kids selections to offer.

Save room for dessert! Lunch was fantastic. That bacon burger was really good. Had both the creme brulee and the cake. Service was great too. Definitely worth it. Can't wait to go back soon.

This kid friendly place is amazing. A very relaxing dining experience, with a large indoor seating area and a nice size covered patio. They even have a diaper changing station in the men's restroom. It's not the cheapest option, but the Boudin Ball appetizer made me fall in love with this place. Also, we loved the Po boy Sandwiches.
